Give every issue a digital fingerprint

Choose "Track this issue" on any photo in an AI Scan report and the issue gets its own Defect DNA ID. Add photos from later scans, compare them side by side, and link the repair when it's done.

How matching works today: when you add a new photo, we suggest issues you're already tracking of the same type in the same room, and you decide whether it's the same one. Nothing is matched automatically. Automatic matching is in development and will only be switched on once it has been properly tested. Property Memory and Defect DNA show what was recorded and when. They don't establish the cause of an issue, its severity, or who is responsible for it.
