Stored in the EU, encrypted
Your account, photos and reports are hosted in the European Union under UK GDPR, sent over encrypted connections and backed up encrypted.
Private until you share
Only you, and the people you invite, can open your reports and records. Staff access is separate and every access is logged.
Your data, your control
Download your data or close your account yourself. We never sell your information, and RentProof records are never used to train our AI.

What does it cost?
Nothing while we're in beta. Both services are free to use, and if paid plans are ever introduced you'll see the terms first and decide for yourself. Nothing moves to a paid plan automatically.
What's the difference between AI Scan and RentProof?
AI Scan looks at your photos and highlights visible signs of problems such as damp, mould and cracks. RentProof is for tenancies: both sides record each room at move-in and move-out, then compare. You can use either one on its own.
