Why we exist

Most housing disputes are really about evidence

When damp, mould or a leak is reported, the same questions always come up: when did it start, what did it look like, who was told and what happened next. Too often the answers live in scattered photos, emails and memories.

Since the death of two-year-old Awaab Ishak, the law in England, and new rules in Wales and Scotland, now set fixed deadlines for landlords to act. Deadlines only work when everyone can see the same, dated record. That is what we build.

Our mission

Make the condition of every home clear, dated and verifiable, so problems are fixed sooner and fewer people live with them.

  • Tenants can show what they reported, and when
  • Landlords can show what they did, and when
  • Every home keeps its history between tenancies
What we believe

Three principles behind everything we build

Evidence over arguments

A dated photo with a verifiable reference settles more than a long email thread. Every report we produce can be checked by anyone it's shared with.

Honest AI

Our AI highlights visible signs; it doesn't give verdicts. We say clearly what it can't see, and people always make the final decision. How our AI works.

Private by default

Your photos and reports belong to your account. You choose who sees them, and you can delete them. Read our privacy notice.

Who we are

A small team with a focused goal

We're a small UK-based team working across AI and computer vision, software engineering and housing. We work closely with surveyors, housing officers and tenants to understand what good evidence looks like in real homes.

We're in beta, learning fast and running small pilots with organisations that manage homes across the UK.
