HomeForensicsAI helps you capture photos, record observations and prepare a report. Its visual indicators are a starting point for documentation, not a diagnosis or professional survey.
Use the right evidence for the right decision
Images can show visible conditions. They cannot establish what is happening behind a surface or replace an on-site investigation.
Review the report carefully
AI-generated indicators may be incomplete or wrong. Check the underlying images and observations before sharing a report.
Get professional advice when needed
For health, safety, structural or compliance concerns, contact a qualified professional. Do not rely on a visual assessment alone.
How we handle submitted material
Only you and authorised HFAI staff can see your assessments. Photos may also be used to improve our AI, and you can opt out at any time.
Private assessments
Your photos and reports are stored privately in your account. When you upload, you agree that HFAI may use the photos to improve its AI. To opt out, email privacy@homeforensicsai.com.
Contributing extra images
You can also share extra photos to help train the models through our Contribute images page. That needs your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
