The process
From photo to report
It usually takes a couple of minutes, depending on how many photos you add.

Each photo is checked for focus, lighting, glare and size. If a clearer shot would help, you'll see simple tips to retake it.

AI analysis
Several AI models look at each photo for signs of damp, mould, cracks and other problems. You can see the results for every image.

Your report
The results page and combined PDF are saved to your account. The PDF includes each photo and a summary.

Common questions
Is this a professional survey?
No. HomeForensicsAI gives visual indicators to help you document and understand an issue. It doesn't diagnose causes or replace a qualified surveyor, and results should be checked by a professional where needed.
What if a photo is blurry or dark?
It's still analysed, but the report notes that capture quality was lower than ideal. You'll also see tips for taking a clearer photo.
Can I add more than one photo?
Yes. You can add up to 10 photos per assessment. They appear in one report with a summary page.
Who can see my reports?
Your reports are private to your account. Our Privacy notice explains how photos and reports are stored and used.
Can someone check my report reference?
Yes. Anyone can check the reference and code against our records online. A match confirms the report exists; it doesn't prove that a separate copy of the PDF hasn't been edited.
